## Named & Default Arguments (#2)

Implement the `joinComments` function which joins
the comment text using `;` as a separator.
It removes the slashes with the whitespace after the slashes (`// `).
 
Use the function `lines` on String which splits this String into a list of lines
delimited by any of the `new line` character sequences.
